It’s not what I expected.

Been to Rome,Paris, London, Dublin, Cairo, etc.They’re peaceful little cities compared with Amsterdam 2009.

A microcosm of the entire planet…,a tidal wave of immigration from everywhere, either walking, riding bikes, motorcycles, cars, trams, buses and every conceivable means of transportation. And you’d better watch all the signs and arrows painted on the streets.

From the chaos gone wild on the western side, to the northern, southern and eastern borders, where the pastoral beauty and quaint charm is quite unbelievable—the 12 Provinces of the Netherlands have proven to me what a remarkable country it is. And I haven’t filmed one tulip or cheese-making shot.

Believe me, It’s not what you expect.
