Since 1978 the publication - first known as the Performer, then Travelogue and now Travel Adventure Cinema - has been the unofficial voice of the international travel adventure documentary film industry. It is also the unofficial voice for the Travel Adventure Cinema Society or TRACS, an organization devoted to the promotion of the Industry.

We publish twice a year, spring and fall. Each issue carries first-person stories from travel-adventuring cinematographers roaming the world. This is a trade publication and won't be found on your news stand.

TAC also carries how-to stories, tips and the latest technical developments and equipment in the digital and celluloid worlds.

The magazine follows the news of TRACS presenters and those who engage these photojournalists and present them live onstage to enthusiastic audiences across North America.
